Grace Loftin, Kara Maxwell, and Dani Shoemaker
The reception group is responsible for arranging food before the ceremony, and for staying with the food during the induction ceremony. These are the only current members who are not required to attend the ceremony. They will serve the food after the ceremony.
Zain Hameed, Robert Kobrin, and Aidan Hunt
These people are responsible for standing outside and directing spectators towards Bryan Jr. Auditorium and inductees towards Mr. Johnson’s room.
Advika Kumar
Mr. Johnson’s Assistant is responsible for doing whatever Mr. Johnson needs. Tasks include (but are not limited to) being a runner and being the keeper of keys.
Cooper Creech and Joshua Chan Park
Everyone is responsible for checking in with the registrars. Current members will check in with Cooper Creech. Inductees will check in with Joshua Chan Park. Registrars will be located in Mr. Johnson’s Room.
Elena Carabeau and Ayah Wahab
Tasks include (but are not limited to) helping Mr. Johnson stage and move tables.
Le Bui, Fenway Donegan, Trinity Taylor, and Lindsay Watson
Greeters are responsible for handing out programs in the lobby of Frank.
Rabia Kang, Nathan Johnson, Abigail Stevens, Connor Thonen-Fleck, and Janice Wong
Ushers are responsible for helping families to their seats and keeping people out of the reserved areas. Reserved areas include the first four rows of the middle section and the entirety of the stage left (audience right) section.
Paige Abbott, Janavi Mehta, Sydney Partyka, Katie Pelikan, Ethan Santana, and Ayesha Tahirkheli
Marshalls are a part of the procession. Chief Marshals will provide further instructions.
Mansi Gupta and Rachel Witherspoon
Chief Marshals are in charge of maintaining order with inductees prior to the ceremony. Additionally, they are in charge of lining up people for the procession. Chief Marshals lead people in and out.
Vy Bui
This person takes pictures during the ceremony. After the ceremony, this person is responsible for taking a picture of all new inductees and for taking a picture of all NHS members (including the new inductees).
Carly Herndon and Hannah Oh
Before the ceremony, these people set up the CD player and podium. They are responsible for starting and stopping the music at the appropriate times (when group comes in and out).

Everyone is responsible for helping clean-up after the ceremony.

Alternates will be assigned to roles as we become aware of people who have schedule conflicts with the Induction ceremony. Alternates additionally may be assigned to any role or task that arises on induction day. Alternates should watch their emails in the days leading up to the induction in case they are notified that they have been assigned to a different role.
